PREPARATION METHOD
- For best quality, thaw first (do not remove lotus leaf wrapper)
- Place lotus leaf bundles onto a steamer or plate
- Steam for 8-10 minutes (15-20 minutes if steaming from frozen)
- Ensure internal core temperature reaches 74°C before serving
- Remove lotus leaf wrapper before serving
