RETURN POLICY

 

We strive to provide the best for our customers, and take great care to ensure our products are delivered in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we will only be able to exchange items that were either damaged or defective upon arrival. If you encounter either of these problems, or if we have shipped the wrong item(s) to you, please contact us immediately.

 

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that the product remains in its original packaging, unopened, and in a resalable condition. Items for exchange should be dropped off at 170-1991 Savage Road, Richmond, B.C., V6V 0A4. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
