Please contact us if you wish to order our products by the case. Each case has 12 trays.

 

 

ONLINE ORDERS PROCESSING

 

Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your order. When your order is ready, we will notify you by email. All pickup orders are eligible for a 10% discount.

Orders can be picked up Monday-Friday, 9:30am-4:00pm at:

DELIVERY AREA & FEES

 

Orders over $100 will be eligible for free delivery to Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, and New Westminster. We will be expanding our delivery areas shortly.

 

Orders below $100 can be delivered with a $10 delivery fee.

 

ORDER DELIVERY  

 

We will contact you by phone one day in advance of the delivery date to provide you with an estimated 3-hour window delivery time. Our products will be delivered frozen, and it can maintain its frozen condition for two hours in room temperature. Please ensure that you are able to receive the products within at least two hours of delivery.

 

For deliveries to:

 

1/ House and townhouse: our delivery team will ring your doorbell and leave the products outside your door.

 

2/ Condos: our delivery team will ring your buzz code. Depending on your building’s accessibility and protocol for accepting shipments, we will either leave the products outside your door or in the lobby. If access to your building is denied, and we cannot reach you for access during the scheduled delivery time window, then your order will be returned back to our office.

 

Missed orders can be picked up at our office, but will not be eligible for the 10% pickup discount. We will charge an additional $10 delivery fee if another delivery is needed.

 

Delivery times are between 10:00am-4:00pm

 

 

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES

 

-          Orders placed before Monday at 10:00am will be delivered on Tuesday or the earliest available delivery date, between 10:00am-4:00pm.

 

-          Orders placed before Thursday at 10:00am will be delivered on Friday or the earliest available delivery date, between 10:00am-4:00pm.

 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.
