PREPARATION METHOD
- For best quality, thaw before steaming
- Line steamer or plate with sheet of perforated parchment (included)
- Place dumplings on top
- Steam for 8-10 minutes (12-15 minutes if steaming from frozen)
- Ensure internal core temperature reaches 74°C before serving
