PREPARATION METHOD

• For best quality, thaw before steaming
• Line steamer or plate with sheet of perforated parchment (included) 
• Place dumplings on top
• Steam for 10-12 minutes (15-18 minutes if steaming from frozen)
• Ensure internal core temperature reaches 74°C before serving
